Predicting anomalies to prioritise site inspections, with ANFR
ANFR inspects a national park of more than 76,000 radio sites. Ezako predicts which sites are most likely to show an anomaly, so that inspections go there first.
The Agence nationale des fréquences (ANFR) controls the use of radio frequencies in France. Every year it inspects stations and networks, to check that the installations in the field match the configuration declared for each site. The safety of radio services depends on it.
The national park counts more than 76,000 radio sites, and inspecting all of them is out of reach. In 2020, ANFR turned to Ezako to choose better where to go: with Upalgo, it predicts which sites are most likely to reveal an anomaly, and inspections start with those.
